Today I start my blog “Practical tips for moving to Spain”.
First of all I would like to make a short presentation of myself and what I do in Finland.
I am a Spanish lawyer specialized in urban planning, real estate and environmental law. I live in Helsinki and I am running my own business in Finland and Spain. My business is based in providing legal and tax services to clients interested in establishing a business in Spain, exporting products, buying a property or any other legal issues related with Spanish matters, including the searching and the negociation of a property.
The idea of this blog is to share my knowledge and expertise with other people interested in moving to Spain, buying a holidays property or even for those who want to set up a business in Spain. Therefore, for people who want to enjoy the Spanish culture and way of life.
The topics I will be writing about will be related with the current real estate market in Spain, I concentrate on giving advise in how to find good properties and offers. Also I will write about the paperwork that you should do when moving to Spain, legal forms of companies, financing and taxation and other interesting matters that you should know befote moving to Spain.
